Ozark Trout Resort is a family-run resort on the banks of upper
Lake Taneycomo, located just a few minutes from the famous 76 strip of Branson.
We are nestled in a quiet valley with rolling pasture on one side and a
tree-covered, 300-foot bluff on the other side of the lake - a picturesque
setting for a secluded get-away vacation.

All units have a fully equipped kitchen including microwave,
toaster and coffee makers. Grills are also available.
Additional $5.00 per extra adult / no charge for children under

Units A, B, C D and E are situated in two houses on the lakefront.
Our pool also overlooks our dock on the lake between one of the houses and the
lakeshore. Units 1 through 5 are motel-type and run perpendicular to the lake
behind the houses. None of our units are more than 150 feet from the lakeshore.
Between the houses is a very large fellowship patio for the use of guests who
stay in units 1-5. It has lounge chairs, tables and grills for everyone's
use.
Reservation Policy
If making reservations for summer before January 1 we require seven nights.
After January 1 we require three nights minimum reservation. We are glad to fill one
night and two night spots as our schedule permits. To hold reservation,
we require the first night rent. We have a six-week minimum cancellation policy to
receive deposit refunds or avoids your credit card being charged. Later
than six weeks, we will try to rebook your room. If we are able to rebook
your room for the entire reservation, we will refund your deposit. You
are responsible for all nights reserved that we are unable to rebook.
Early departures are handle as cancellations.
Boat Rental Cancellation will be handled the same as Room Cancellations,
above.

Non-Smoking Policy
Rooms which are designated as Non-Smoking will be charged a cleaning charge
if the room is smoked in. If the next person will not stay in the room because
of the odor the smoker will be responsible to pay for those vacant
nights. |
